Disgrace and unprofessional company

I bought a house from Renico in May 2019, before I moved in the house. I complained about the issues that I could find before I submitted snag list. The yard was maddy and water wasn't moving and it was smelling with green colour. They send the guy to put sub-soil but they guy didn't finish/or did a **** up job. They just putted sub-soil on top of the ground. Now the yard has water not moving and turning colour to green and they gona smell soon.

There is useless guy called Eduan Leonard who work for Renico, that every he just spam with with one email asking about the snag-list once a month, I told him to stop spamming me with useless email...
