Deposit refund

I was a tenant at Ascot - Crystal park. I signed a 12 month lease with the company which ended in July 2018 . I still have not received my deposit (which was supposed to be refunded within 14 days). It's been 3 months now and every time I call their offices to speak to Marcelle or Kgomotso I'm told that they are either in a meeting or not in the office. I have sent several e-mails to Marcelle and Kgomotso, they never bothered to respond to any of them. The service at Renico is terrible hence I have decided to take further steps to get my refund.
