Barely 6 days in this Apartment

I moved in at Kingswood compley Unit 22 on the 1st of January, Barely 6 days in and Already have a plumbing Problem. The unit above mine is dispensing water into my unit called the Building Manager Michelle who refed me to the Mainanace Mananger, who i called but he is Out if the Country! Now How can 1 stay in this Enviroment? Been over 2 Hrs waiting for their Plumber
