Additional fees ontop of rental

I'm renting with Renico at a complex called Brentwood. When I signed the lease agreement there was no mention of sewerage fees and electricity fees and by the way electricity is prepaid but all of a sudden there's an electricity fee on the statement. No one replies to emails
