Ridiculous Service

I recently bought a car from Hyundai Airport Kemptonpark they gave me this wonderful offer from Renewtech for Dents and Scratch. Last week Tuesday evening some guy at the mall accidentally bump my car with his groceries trolley and Dented my car i report the matter on Wednesday or Thursday, i spoke to a consultant who "Supposedly" assisted me since from last week i have not gotten any feedback from the company i have calling in to follow up and been sent from pillar to post, i then tried to sent a email through got a respond that they cannot pick up anything with my ID number. This is poor client services honesty
