Renewtech package

I recently bought a car from kia northcliff,brand new and the consultant added a renewtech package,and recently I just discovered that it's a bull of a package,called them to have it cancelled,the phone rings and rings they never answer,I called the ********** 726 and was given email address and phone numbers ********** 344 and ********** 000 and no response,the email just bonces back,I don't understand why this dealership sell us things that don't work for us,you pay 3995 and the consultant gets a good commission when you are stuck with a rediculous package.Dont ever take that package it's a waste of money,I have spoken to Lucia, Penelope all from renewtech not helpful at all.
