Consider carefully before signing with Renewtech

The consultants are generally helpful. However, SAVM only have 2 preferred suppliers for Wheels and Mags in Johannesburg. In my case, I could not get hold of the 1 supplier (they are listed as temporarily closed on Google) and the 2nd supplier could not provide the service I needed completely. I informed SAVM of this and they insisted that I use either one of these suppliers. In other words, they refused to acknowledge the issue. I recommended that I use one of their other preferred suppliers for dents and scratches since they also fix rims at roughly the same price as their preferred Wheels and Mags suppliers. Again, they refused and advised that I could use the dent repairer on condition that I sign a warranty waiver. This is unreasonable given that their preferred providers cannot assist fully. Why should I waiver my warranty because they choose to work with a provider who offers only 70% of the service? Therefore, I highly recommend that you research and consider all other available options before signing on to SAVM or RenewTech. They were not very negotiable in times of difficulty.
