Damage to Audi car's system while doing auto vallet

This note serves to follow up on your company to fix the MMI control pad for my aunt's Q7 which was damaged by your team when they were doing an auto vallet . The whole system is damaged i.e the navigator and all music channels are no longer working. When my aunt tried to follow up they said they don't use liquid however on arrival at the scene there was a bucket there. I would never recommend that anyone use them.
