Re-new it Wynberg Shocking!!

Recently took my vehicle to Renew it in Wynberg JHB, for very minor panel beating. on the day I collect my car, I was told people who hold the goods found in car have left. I then realise my CD and USB from vehicle are gone. I have literally called them 11 times and begged for someone to call me back and let me know what is going on and if they don't know at least apologise and give me feedback on my missing stuff. Nothing nadah nope ...forget it . Worst customer service ....and the crazy part is I found other frustrated people yelling in reception...should have know then!!!!
