PROLINE Renew IT TERRIBLE SERVICE UNEQUALED

Today I was called by Charlene to come and collect my car at 15hrs. After waiting for more than an hour we finally went to the collection only to find out that there was no ready car. While waiting for the car I was told that there are diagnostic challenges because my car battery is flat and they see if they will do me a 'favour' if I bring the car back with a new battery. As if that was not enough after about 30 minutes waiting in the collection booth the car finally drove in. On inspection a shody job has been done, gaps where they had panel beaten, paint ect. I could not continue with the inspection and refused to take the car. I hope to phone my insurance to assist with quality assurance before I collect the car ,alternatively I would have no choice but source for a private quality assurer. I just wonder about the quality of parts installed
