The overall job was to my satisfaction, the waiting periods though initially as promised was terrible but my hats off to Cathy who was recently brought into the company and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Her politness and service is top notch so thats a positive sign. I also want to thank Le Neil the service advisor who was brilliant at what she does, she was so friendly, always has a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed.
