The admin staff are excellent

The admin staff are excellent. They work hard - and long hours. Received updates in early evenings. They are pleasant and polite. The place is kept spotless. All were professional and polite. The drivers transporting me to and from home were efficient, charming and polite. My car was returned beautifully finished, washed and polished - except for one scratch - which they said they hadn’t quoted me for. I found this very odd Was given a small bottle of paint for future needs. Disappointingly it took over 21/2 weeks for both quotation and repair. My thanks
