Worst Service ever

This company offers the worst service that on could ever get my car has ben there from the 19th of April 2021 and up to this day I still haven't any positive feedback from the company either the penal beating manager isn't doing his or her job accordingly or the CSA's aren't doing there jobs I have called them a thousand times and all they telling me is that my car will be ready by the end of each week that I had contacted them, my car has been in the penal beating workshop from the 15th of May and I just found out that they haven't done anything on the vehicle since the day that it was moved to that section. Please ask you insurance companies where they will be taking your car for repairs as soon as your claims are approved if they tell you that they taking it to Renew-it Revonia go get your car as soon as you can because these people are pathetic and the offer the worst service. I am still car less today and all the parts that were ordered are on site and even the excess has been paid already but noting from there said to show the urgency that is needed to show that my car has to be fixed, all the CSA's are just ******* on thing that they good at is lying and making excuses
