Worst service EVER

This must be the worst service ever. I was informed that my car will be ready on the 21 October 2020 after being at Renewit Revonia since 7th September 2020. On arrival on the 21st October 2020 to inspect the car for delivery, the following was observed, the paint colour did not match, overspray on lights and wheels, unpolished and in-flattened paintwork,, could not open rear lid (battery was flat). I asked for items that was booked in with the car (said they will find it). I expressed my concerns and that I was not satisfied with the car. I was then informed that the repairs will be corrected. a week later I returned again to Renew it Revonia when called to collect the car, colour matching on the car was better. upon inspection even more faults were discovered, some of the clips holding roof strips down were broken with the strip process, still more overspray on lights and polishing was still not done properly. Tried to open the back lid again, could not because of dead battery. I was assured that the battery would be sent for testing as it has rundown for being at Renewit for such a long time ( was the battery even disconnected for this perio). Left the car again at Renewit Revonia On Monday the 2 November I called and was informed that the battery was sent for testing and found to be in good working condition and that the vehicle are ready for collection. I Inquired about the compressor that was booked in with the vehicle to, and was told they will search for it. On Tuesday I called to find out if the compressor was found and if the car will be delivered. I was then informed that the compressor has gone missing and insisted that it must be replaced and sent an example of the compressor that corresponds to the photos taken when the car was booked in. Wednesday on the 4th November 2020 I called only to be informed that the compressor was ordered. Yesterday on the 5th November I made 23 calls and left messages every time, I was however contacted 2 times back but unfortunately could not answer because I have work to do also. After eventually talking to someone I was informed that the compressor will only be delivered on Monday . I then decided to have the vehicle delivered without the compressor as this has now been more than 2 months without a car. ( Taking a huge chance because I don't trust anything anyone at Renew it Revonia has to say to me anymore) Now to get to the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered on Thursday afternoon 5th November. upon arrival the driver from Renewit shut down the and immediately afters hutting down the car the alarm went of and the driver tried to stop the alarm by pressing the remote only to find that the battery was dead once again. (which I was told has been tested and found working) The driver then made a call to Renew it and I was contacted only to be informed that they know about the now dead battery and that they are not responsible for the battery and will be referred back to the assessor by mail and I will be included in the mail. Well today the 6th November 2020. called again at 08h00 to find out about the e mail still not received to communicate with the assessor. Left a message again to be contacted, it is now 11h00 left another message and still no one has contacted me. Useless to leave messages. No one can take a call directly, always in a meeting, outside, or busy with another client. I wonder if anyone even monitor all the recordings of calls being made.

My insurance are with MYWAY, this was the first and only provider that was offered to me thru MIWAY, on the morning of my wife's accident the car was towed all the way from Pretoria straight to Renew-it Revonia

The is the worst service I have experienced from a provider EVER

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TO USE RENEW-IT REVONIA I will not recommend them to anyone, unless you want endless problems.

Just to add on, when the car could not start after being delivered with the dead battery, the two drivers that delivered the vehicle then had to take it back as I refused to pay the access amount because of the car still not being up to standard.

The car could not start and the two drivers then proceeded to try and push start the car to get the engine started (Diesel).

Last time I seen the two drivers, they were still pushing the car down the road and disappeared around the corner still pushing the car back to Renew-it Revonia
