Worse Service from Renew It Rivonia

My insurance took my car to Renew It Rivonia for repairs, I have never experienced such worse customer service in my life. I had to call them for updates and the person that was allocated to me as a service consultant will never return my calls, as if that was not enough stress, the car came back with so many problems and I had to take it back and still I am exposed to the same treatment, no communication, no update and I am the one who have to keep on calling them for updates, this is very stressing
