Worse Panel Beater
I'm insured with Budget Ins. Budget chose this Company "Renew-it Revonia" as a service provider but to this day I still don't understand why Budget still ranks them as a viable service provider because they are the worst. I was called by a Harriet on Saturday 24th that my car will be ready on Monday only to find that on the Monday that my car was not ready. My supposed Customer Advisor "Isaac" was avoiding all my calls i even had to take it up to his Manager "Veronica" who promised to have my car ready by Tuesday.
They had my car for a month and two weeks and they did ****ty job fixing it. They promised to replace the parts but they put back the broken once back on my car, they did not assemble my car back properly. They broke a lot of things on my car i had to go fix them on my own.
Their lack of communication is in the pits and the worse employees and manager.
