Very Poor Service

Our car has been at this company since 7 July, with the original estimated completion date being 30 July. Since then, we have been given four different collection dates, and every time the date approaches, there is another excuse as to why the car is not ready.

On Friday, 21 August, we were told the car would be ready at around 14:00. We were specifically told that they were “done” and that the technician was just doing the final touches.

We travelled there to collect the vehicle at around 17:00, only to discover that the car was nowhere near finished. What is even more frustrating is that nobody could properly explain why we had been told it was ready when it clearly wasn’t.

Our point of contact, Sibusiso, has also been extremely disappointing when it comes to communication. He only provides updates when we call him. At no point has he taken the initiative to contact us and keep us informed about the progress of our vehicle.

We also asked to speak to his supervisor, but he failed to get us through, saying that she was sick.

We understand that delays can happen, but what is completely unacceptable is being given false or inaccurate collection dates, having our time wasted, and receiving almost no communication unless we chase them ourselves.

At this point, we have lost confidence in this company and the information we are being given.

If you are considering using this company for vehicle repairs, please do your research and be very careful. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and all we have wanted is honest communication and our vehicle .
