Very disappointing experience with Renew-It Rivonia
My experience with Renew-It Rivonia was most disappointing. After incurring minor damage in an accident, I was advised by my insurance company to take my car to Renew-IT Rivonia for an assessment. 1) Renew-IT Rivonia were glacially slow on every touch point. 2) A minor repair took many weeks to complete. 3) All repairs requested were not done. 3) Their quote for repairs were grossly overpriced relative to competition. 4) Their quote for a repaint of a bumper was R12k vs R7k - 66% higher than Proline (a sister company in the same Group as Renew-IT). This difference in quote amounts to Price Gouging. 5) An item of value was removed from my car during the repair. 6) Turnaround time on queries took days to respond.
The only complement was front line staff that were all very friendly. I would not recommend Renew-It Rivonia!
