Vehicle Returned with New Damages and Missing Parts

I received my car back from an insurance claim after a month and a week. The panic button attached to the car key is broken and missing parts, my wheel spanner is missing, the steering wheel adjustment lever is broken, and the windscreen is cracked. None of these damaged components were related to the accident I had.

I reported the issue with the windscreen but have still not received any assistance. I also have pictures showing that when we left the car at Renew-It Rivonia, the windscreen had no cracks.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
