11 Nov 2020, 08:04Actually, the car gave me loads of problems after taking it for few days. I can't still say the same. I am heavily disappointed. I am unsure if repairers know what they are doing or not. I want to delete the positive review above

We treat every complaint as serious and will endeavor to resolve the matter appropriately. The branch has advised you that the issues you are not happy with were not part of the authorization we received from your insurance hence they are corresponding with the insurance to log additionals.
We have addressed this issue with the management at Renew-IT Rivonia as well as your insurance company and they will be responding directly with you to find an immediate resolution.
