Unacceptable Treatment
I am beyond frustrated, upset and angry. I dropped off my vehicle at Renew It Rivonia on the 2nd April and was told it would be ready in 10 working days. Today is working day 15 and I am told my car is not ready. The inconvenience of using public transport has impacted me to an extent where I am not able to get to emergencies on time and efficiently. The contact person Ashton doesn’t communicate timeously too where I even had to call her directly because she hadn’t informed me of what is happening with my car. I am not happy with the service it is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!

We have addressed this issue with the management at Renew-It Rivonia. I have noted that the vehicle is in the polishing department, i will send out an email to check when it will be ready for collection.
