They should be embarrassed

Not entirely sure what one has to do to get feedback from this supplier. My vehicle has been there since 5 March - 8 weeks, and I've received ONE telephone call. After I complained to the Operations Manager, Clinton, who promised to stay on the case personally, they've again disappeared into the void. Jolene is never available and never returns a telephone call. This is the absolute worst panelbeater in the WORLD. R150k later and they can't even get the basics right. Be sure to stay very very very far away. I'm going to the media. They should be embarrassed to take a salary home every month
