Theft and they don't give a damn

I took my vehicle in for repairs and it was noted that my vehicle had a 1/4 tank of petrol. i took out my personal belongings but accidentally left a pair of relatively new black high heels that were hidden under the passenger seat so couldn't see them. My vehicle comes with a pack of 3 USB cables for different phones/devices and is stored in cubby hole. With regards to the word done, they had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks and in that time i heard nothing from Renew-it for over a week and nothing was done during that period.When i received my car back my tank was completely empty and they couldnt tell me why or where my vehicle was driven to because as far as anyone knew my vehicle was never moved (only between work areas). My Samsung cable, and high heels were ****** out of car and my key chain with initial was removed to put their work tag on my key and was never returned. i was told they would look into it and call me back next day, and its been a month of renew-it ignoring my calls. No one has returned ANY of my calls/emails as promised. Appalling service!
