The quality inspection department needs to be more thorough
It was not the smoothest handover upon collection of my car because water was missing in the washer bottle; the mud flap has not be assembled back and I think the quality inspection department needs to be closely monitored and reprimanded.
Th customer service however was on another level of excellence which deserves a loud round of applause. Even with bad news I was kept updated every step of the way.
