Terrible service & workmanship

I read a few good reviews on Renew it Rivonia so decided to use them for my repair, had terrible service at Sandton in the past but thought this being a smaller branch might be different ....... worst mistake ever.

The car had to go back to them 3 times and its not for a minor thing, major stuff that was spotted instantly, their work was terrible. After fetching the car I had a CV joint & wheel speed sensor issue. Now that insurance approved those additional repairs, it's almost a week and a half and no feedback. When I call I'm promised a call back, which doesnt happen. This was a small job which should have taken them days but is taking weeks.

Dont ever use any Renew it branch
