Terrible Experience at Renew-it-Rivinia

This is without a doubt one of the worst panel beaters we had to deal with. My overall experience is incredibly disappointing, to say the least. Firstly, the communication with the consultant who is dealing with our car is abysmal. Secondly, He got a terrible attitude, dismissive in everything, it is so clear he has no interest in providing quality customer service.

To make matters worse, I discovered that they had **** about replacing certain parts in our car. Instead of replacing them as promised, they had only fixed them. The final straw is that they claim the car had come to their workshop with empty tank of petrol, despite the fact that it had been sitting idling 12 hours without attendance. Overall, my experience with Renew-it-Rivonia is nothing short of a nightmare, the fact that this car is two months sitting at their workshop.
