Terrible Customer Service
I had my vehicle in for repairs in February 2021. When I collected my car there were a few issues on my car that needed attention as well as the area on the boot liner that was damaged by them. My additional repair was sent to Brandon to take care of (this was March 2021). I have been to the branch as well as call at least 20 times trying to get hold of Brandon. He is always in a meeting or will “return my call”. It is now the end on July 2021 and I still have not heard from Brandon or anyone at Renew-it Revonia.

We treat the nature of every complaint as serious and will endeavor to resolve the matter appropriately.
We have addressed this issue with the service at Renew-IT Rivonia and they have advised that the vehicle is currently in the quality control department, once it is ready they will contact you to collect it.
