Stay away -poor service

I was in an accident in December and my insurance (Old Mutual Iwyze) advised that my car will be fixed by Renew IT Rivonia, with my car being towed there on 14 January 2020, the beginning of my nightmare.

After more than a week with my car there, and no communication from Renew IT Rivonia, I decided to personally go there and get the update. I was told they were waiting for my insurance to authorize, I followed up with my insurance 3 days later and they told me they had long sent all necessary authorizations.

Fast track to a week later, no update, I decided to go again to understand why am I not getting updates. Same excuses, this time, similar story repeated here that the service consultant collapsed, reason for no comms.

A week later, without comms from RenewIT, called, same excuses.

A month and a half later, I am told they ordered wrong parts, and correct parts only arrived today, when I went there to get an update.

Stay away from RenewIT Rivonia. You have been warned
