Stay as far away from this place as possible!!! The only reason I went here is because my insurer (Santam) gave me no option.

It had to go in to have a small bump on my drivers door fixed. Needless to say, when I collected my car, it had more problems than when I had dropped it off. The window won't roll down properly, the speaker on the door wouldn't work, the car was filthy with *****s and mess all over the place.

The floor manager (who I won't name) has no clue what is going on. Promised to check my car and didn't. Told me that if I take it, they would come and fetch it the next day to rectify the damage only to phone me the next day and tell me that I have to bring it in myself as he wasn't aware his drivers aren't insured (this is the manager - has no clue about his own company policies).

I think the worst part about this whole thing is the attitude they give you. You point out something blatantly wrong and they almost look at you like you're nuts - it's mind blowing.

I repeat, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
