Slow repairs
Good day
I have been waiting now for 2 months 18/08/2021 for my vehicle to be repaired.
First it was unavailable car parts
Second, the Repair is taking forever to complete and now I'm running out of time on the car rental which I had initially delayed using .
Thirdly there is no communication between the repair and myself regarding the status of the repairs and there's no feedback. On monday 04/10/2021 I was told by Nikita that my car would be back but when she was supposed to call back she didn't and when I called she wasn't available to assist me.
Frankly speaking i'm very irate because of this situation as it's taking too long to get my car back.
I'm paying a lot of money for this service which isn't holding up its end of the deal.
