SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING

I am so disgusted in the way they are handling my complaint. When i fetched my car the aerial was missing as well as the rubber on my key. i called to let them know, they said they would get me feedback that day and that was 10 days ago. i have since called and left messages for them as well as the managers and not one person has even bothered to call me back. they are blatantly ignoring my calls and emails. how can they have service like this? i heard they were bad but i did not realise just how shocking their service is. even during the time my car was there there was hardly any communication, and when you did have questions the person who was looking after you wouldnt bother to even answer you.
