Shocking Service from Renew-it Rivonia

I needed to have minor repairs done on my car and decided to use Renew-it Rivonia as they were on the insurers list and also close to home. I chose to ignore the bad reviews here and that was my biggest mistake. I experienced really poor communication and blatant lies with regards to the repairs. Firstly the grille was ordered and delivered before I booked the car in. Apparently the wrong grill was delivered. A month later when the car was supposedly ready I was told that the grille was on backorder. On Friday, I was told that the grille was arriving that afternoon. Then again this morning, after driving there, I was told that the new grille will be fitted and I can fetch the car at 2pm. On my arrival at 2pm I was told that the grille is on backorder from Germany and may take up to 3 months to arrive. The grille that I have on now had been repaired. I am still finding it hard to believe the arrogance I had to deal with specifically from Harriet who is the customer care consultant. She spun up stories every 5 minutes. Unbelievable! Hard to believe that I was actually the customer lol. Now I fully understand where all these bad reviews are coming from. Let's see what happens when the grille finally arrives.
