Shocking service

The completely lack of responsibility, customer service, attitude and the way they handle customers is absolutely shocking. Received my car back today with various issues. I called them and no one bothered to call me back. I have emailed them as well. They do not take your complaints seriously and to be quite honest, I have never been treated this badly before as a customer. I now have other issues on my car and I am bitterly unhappy. Hopefully discovery can sort their supplier out asap.
