Shamefu Renewit Rivonia
My Toyota Hilux needed a new bumper as a result of two small dents, to be supp**** ex Toyota. Quoted and Insurer approved mid Dec 2023. Repair delayed to 15 Jan 2024. Renuit delayed again in mid Jan 2024 to Feb. Car has been there since 13 Feb. I get regular messages re progress. The latest flurry of emails estimate completion 24 March. I leave messages to speak to a Manager. They never phone back. The worst service I have had from any organisation in 40 years.
