I've had the best service from Sandra Ngwenya, at this branch. My vehicle has been at the other branches and never have I received regular and timeous updates - with a smile.
I'm listing all the qualities I believe Sandra has set the standard and example for all your advisors in this branch. She displays: Technical s****s and knowledge of car repairs; Excellent communication and interpersonal s****s; Customer service orientation; Conflict resolution; Being able to work under pressure; Teamwork (she delegated my service query to her team and later requested her manager, Mr Robbie Naicker to help so as to ensure my experience was up to her standards
If you're able to, I'd recommend she gets promoted at the right time so your branch doesn't lose her energy and valuable s****s. Thanks,
