Absolutely shocking experience. Their ETA's never meet their deadlines and they constantly extend them leaving you without a car.

They tried to return our car three times, where the quality of the work was blatantly appalling, with gaps between sections so big that you could put your finger in them. The paintwork was also buffed through and was clearly visible and could be seen from a distance, which tells me quality control was never done.

We eventually picked up the car and took it elsewhere to get fixed. Renew-IT still won’t take accountability for their appalling work and are insisting on full payment for a job not done.

Would run a mile if your tow truck driver took you there.
