Rivonia Renew It - Bad Service

My vehicle had been booked in for minor repairs which I was told would've taken 10 days and took almost a month. This was resolved through the intervention of the manager. Upon receipt of my vehicle, I had picked up alot of minor defects to the repair which shouldn't have passed through QC but it did and was told that it would be resolved within a day of my convenience. This was at the beginning of February 2020 and it is now March 03, 2020 and I am awaiting the call to book the repair. I have left messages for 3 different "service consultants" and today spoke to a fourth and still awaiting. I am not dissappointed with the service that I received which is against the policies displayed on their adverti*****t. I would not recommend this branch.
