Ridiculous service. get rid of your managers.

I dont even know where to begin, i received the worst service ever. I took my car in for repairs in Nov 2018, i got it back in Dec with more damages. They gave me a run around until April 2019 before they could sort it out, mind you, they couldnt even even fix everything. We are now in June and i am still waiting for a carpet for my boot to be replaced, which they tore while repairing my car. The service is a nightmare, if you dont call to follow up, no one calls to give an update. The sad part is some of the staff are actually doing an excellent job but the managers are (for a lack of a better word- USELESS), giving every staff and the company as a whole a really bad image.

Can i have my car sorted out ASAP. Please- I am really tired of dealing with Renew-it Rivonia- I wouldnt advise anyone to take their car there unless you are ready for STRESS.

Please get my car fixed ASAP- I am tired of calling and sending long emails for the repaires that have already been paid for. pull up your socks guys and do a better job. Your service is ridiculous..

Just to mention 1 of the ladies who have been providing an excellent service, Nomsa is her name- unfortunately this whole mess is beyond her control. i think she would make a good manager than the rest.
