Renew-it Rivonia

<div>Renew it Rivonia have had my car from 16th November. they received all the necessary authorization and by the 29th November they started working on it based on the SMS communication. i was told by Ashton that my car will be ready in 10 to 15 days. I don't have my car to date. i received an SMS that stated that my car repair will be completed by the 07/01/2022. of which i have just made peace with, today I receive another text with a completion date of the 14th. this is the most ridiculous service experience. i think insurance companies should stop using these people.

I need my car, its not like they are repairing a Lamborghini or something. with the timelines i was given, my car should have been ready by the 22/12 and that is taking into account the holidays and not including them in the count. At this point, i think these people actually prioritised other cars over mine.</div>
