Repairs to a car

Worst worst and pathetic service from Renew-it-Rivonia.

My car has been in at the panelbeaters since 03 October and to-date (13 March 2024). It's excuses after excuses from Isaac and to no communication. Always picking extra parts that need to be replaced and it's been 5 months of no service and yet the car is not touched. Only a cable was being replaced when we went to check on the car which was the 26 February 2024 and he advised that he will log for additional parts and those were only logged on the 29 February 2024. No priority is given to our car and worst of all is that he will come back to you and says he is awaiting the insurance to approve additional parts and yet he never communicated this with us.

I will never ever use Renew-it-Rivonia, if you want to be stranded and frustrated 🥴 book your car repairs with them. The floor is full of cars
