Repairs are Renew-it Rivonia leave us with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive.

<p>In November last year we had a head on collision with an idiot that turned in front of us.</p> <p>The vehicle was with Renew-it in Rivonia for 3 months before we first saw it.<br /> At that time there were glaring issues with alignment of panels, the driver door and a fold in the metal.</p> <p> </p> <p>They fixed these issues</p> <p> </p> <p>We then took delivery of the vehicle and the pedals were completely misaligned.</p> <p>Renew-it said that was not from the accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now imagine this, my wife must have the strongest ankle muscles because the only way she could have bent the pedals would be to put her foot under the pedal and pull up!</p> <p> </p> <p>So we insist and take it to the Toyota dealership (Upstairs from Renew-it. Too convenient is you ask me) and try to explain how the wheel was pushed back in the accident and must have caused the damage.</p> <p>Penny drops for the Toyota mechanic and the Renew-it man.<br /> Why did they not pick this up when inspected. Was it inspected?</p> <p> </p> <p>Renew-it man admits it could be from the accident and they will check the job card...</p> <p>Upon checking the job card they find that this part of the repair was left off completely.</p> <p>Not done at all. Ignore, forgotten...</p> <p> </p> <p>So, how well did you do the job if you neglected to complete the job properly.<br /> Again, why did they not pick this up when inspected. Was it inspected?</p> <p> </p> <p>So anyway, that was repaired.</p> <p>But now the power steering is not working properly and the car pulls to the right.</p> <p>When going over a (even slightly) rough tar road there is a "shudder" in the steering column.</p> <p>Outsurance says it was repaired, Renew-it says it was repaired - how do we get them so resolve this.</p> <p>If they cannot even follow the job card to complete the items listed, how can i trust them to have completed the repairs properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>What if we drive the car, the steering fails and we are all ****ed.<br /> Dramatic, sure. Possible, absolutely.</p> <p>How do i get them to complete the repaids properly?</p>
