Repairer Not Recommended! Unacceptable Service!!

Un-deserving of the 1 star, My car was sent to them on 12 October 2022, since that date, I've heard the same feedback, awaiting approval from the Insurance, while the insurance had already approved the quote, an additional request was sent for approval and declined, RenewIT keeps sending the add. requested. My car has been disassembled for 4 weeks, Parts have not been ordered, no work has been done on my car for the past 6 weeks?? Nothing has been done! More so, I need to wait another 21 business days after RenewIT has received the parts, which has not been ordered yet!!! Will it take 5 months to fit a new bonnet, windscreen, a light on an undamaged bumper, and a small scratch on the side door?!! The online tracker has not moved in 6 weeks! I'm very disappointed with the delay and bad service! Worst Experience Ever!
