Renew-it threatened to sell my car .Is this legal?

Hi . I got a phone call from one of your consultants this morning telling me that I should come pay the money I’m owing or my car will transferred to another facility where it will be sold immediately . I asked if you could not just bill me for storage until I get the money as my money is delayed by payment from SAA that should’ve been paid on 31 Jan 2021 and I was told that nothing can be done. I asked the consultant to send me an email with everything she said so I could seek legal advice and be able to forward it the ombudsman and nothing was sent. I called them a number of times but every time I called no one was available to speak to me and no one called me back.I d sent emails and I am going out of my mind not knowing what is going on. Is this how you treat people when they’re are going through the toughest times of our lives?
