Renew-It Rivonia.... ZERO Communication Skills

My vehicle's driver's side front wheel was damaged and it was "repaired" by Renew-It Rivonia.

Firstly, it took them a whole month to work on my car because they were "waiting for parts". Secondly, when I finally collected my car, everything LOOKED okay; new rim, new tyre.... But I soon discovered that my wheel alignment was off. I called the service advisor who dealt with my claim and was told to take it to Tiger Wheel and Tyre because that's where the alignment was "corrected'...

So I did, and it was discovered that; of all the repairs that were done (For an ENTIRE Month), nobody noticed that my shock absorber was also damaged. According to Renew-It Rivonia, it wasn't on the job sheet, so apparently they didn't even bother to check it or inform my insurance that there was more damage than initially thought.

So I let it go, got my shock absorber replaced at a different place, and my insurance reimbursed me.

A little while after that, I discovered that the mudflap on my driver's side wheel (the wheel that was "repaired") was missing. I informed my broker who tried to get in contact with Renew-It Rivonia and received no feedback for Two Weeks. Eventually I called them myself, and was told that a manager would call me back. Again; No feedback or callbacks for days. I called again and said I would wait on the line until I spoke to a manager, which I eventually did. Manager tells me I should speak with my service consultant, and that he will get one to call me back; which he didn't. After another week, I called AGAIN... Finally got a hold of a service consultant, but then she tells me that someone else is responsible for my claim and that she will get that person to call me back.....

I have been trying to get SOME Responses from Someone since the 15th of AUGUST. It is literally 2 month later and there has still been NO Feedback.

I can't just replace my mudflap when I paid so much for them in the first place....

I am actually disgusted by the level of service this "Repair Shop" has.
