Renew It Rivonia unsatisfactory service

Worst repair shop. Minor repair took a month to fix, vehicle was towed in from Auction Nation with all parts in vehicle.

No communication regarding repairs until I took initial step.

Picked up vehicle with poor workmanship, bumper not aligned, headlight not aligned.

Tow hook cover misplaced, tow hook left inside vehicle.

Spare wheel not put back in vehicle or cover for sparewheel at the back.

No care at all for one's prize possession.

Then worst of it all..... They wanted to charge me higher betterment and not what insurance charged from initial cost.

I honestly don't recommend it.
