RENEW IT RIVONIA-*****S PARTS
I had my Mercedes C Class taken to Renew-It Rivonia to be fixed. Upon Returning I took it straight to Mercedes Benz Bryanston to be serviced as there were too many lights coming up on the dash board. To my surprise I was informed by the service consultant that some had tempered with the lights on the left hand side and even used cable ties. Mercedes Benz gave me an official report on this issue and i emailed it to Renew It Rivonia and their financial manager( Brendhan) denied it was them. But my vehicle spent more than 21 days with them being stripped, now it comes back and it has cable ties. Its clear that their staff strips parts of vehicles that are there to be fixed. some one needs to take responsibility and the buck stops with management!
