Renew it Rivonia - Poor services with no consideration for customers

Renew it has had my car since the 12th November 2022 and picked up further damages to the car which meant another quote had to be generated to be approved. Now last week when the car is being assembled, they are claiming there is additional issues with the car and need to claim from the insurance. It's been a frustrating 2 months without a car. If they picked up further damages at first, then why didn't they pick this up. This is truly inconvenient and it's causing unnecessary problems in my life. I have tried to be patient, but this is a lot. My claim (***) has been going back and forth between them and iWYZE for a long time.

If you had a chance to requote because you picked up further damages, then why didn't you pick up this issue. It's time we found reliable panel beaters cause this one doesn't care about us.
