Renew-it Rivonia is trash!
I've had the most horrible experience with Renew-it Rivonia, horrible is even an understatement. my car has been with them for 3 months now. They don't communicate, they lie, they don't stick to time frames. I usually call all day before getting through to someone for assistance. Nikita was the person assigned to me and has not been useful at all. The manager is just the same! The worst place of business to provide service period!
