Renew-IT Rivonia –disappointing in the extreme

On 10 October 2024, my wife sent her vehicle in for minor panel beating work. It is now 1 November and she has still not received it back. If you have a lot of time on your hands you can try to phone them – their service specialists are always busy and if you leave a message, they never phone back. Very often, while you wait for someone to answer, you get cut off and have to begin again. On the rare occasion we have been able to speak to them we are told the car is in quality control. As I write this review, I have been waiting for more than an hour for someone to answer the phone. One star rating is too much.
