Renew-It rivonia Customer service

The managers (Brendhan) especially are not honest. Vehicle was booked in for a one day job & parts were not ordered for the job. Assistants also not pleasant to deal with either, they shout at customers forgetting that they provide a service. It is clear that Renew-It Rivonia only value their insurance customer & not private customers. This inconvenince had me having to cancel plans to go home after a year.

There is no accountability & empathy from Renew-It Rivonia. They actually also wanted me to drive a vehicle that had a safety fault "by saying I can collect the car if I want" yet they knew the seatbelts were not working.

When I think about my hard earned money I spent with them for the shoddy service & lack of honesty & integrity it is sad. As a brand I cannot recommend them as professional. I sometimes wonder if my skin ***mentation was different would I have received the same treatment.
